MCAS (My Child at School)
As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline communication and improve the way we track behaviour and attendance, we will be transitioning to the MCAS (My Child at School) app for all related updates and notifications.
The initial release of the MCAS app will offer a core set of features. We will evaluate its impact on our school and parents before considering the phased implementation of additional functionalities. We will be starting with the following features:

Troubleshooting
If you haven't received an automated email inviting you to join MCAS, please check the following:
- Check your junk/spam folder for the email
- Ensure the school has your most up-to-date email address
- Important: if you have changed your email address and have yet to notify the school, you have the following options:
- Visit the school and collect a 'change of details' form, fill this out and return it, alternatively:
- Email enquire@launcestoncollege.uk from your OLD email address, requesting it to be changed. If you no longer have access to your old email address, please email enquire@launcestoncollege.uk from your new account. If you email from your new account, we may be in touch to verify your identity.
